All our items come in a gift box which is handmade in Bali. We ship using recycled packaging as much as possible.
We ship generally within 2-3 business days of receiving an order. We ship anywhere in the world with DHL Express from Bali, Indonesia. Depending on your location, your purchase will reach you between 2 and 7 days after shipping.
If you are not completely satisfied with your online purchase, you can send it back to us for an exchange or a refund.
For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns for pierced earrings. All promotional offer items, including sample sale pieces and discounted items, are considered final sale and are not eligible for a refund or return.
We accept all international returns within 10 days of delivery. If you wish to return a product please inform us by emailing [email protected]. If a request is not lodged within 10 days of delivery, you will be ineligible for a refund. Note that sale items or custom engraved items are not eligible for a refund.
All merchandise returned must be unworn, unwashed, and sent together with ribbon box packaging intact.
Postage will be at the buyer’s expense. We recommend using registered/trackable post as we do not hold responsibility for lost packages.
In case merchandise is not available for exchange, you will be reimbursed.
Your item must be returned within 5 days of receiving your Return Confirmation number.

Refunds will be processed via the original payment method within 1 day of your item being received by Emi & Eve customer care. Alternatively, you can choose to keep store credit by letting us know in your email.
