Our recycled brass jewelry is gold plated with 5 micron 18k gold and then clear coated with a protective anti tarnish layer. Nevertheless, perfumes, creams, lotions, and makeup all contain substances than could affect plated jewelry.
Take care while wearing jewelry with gemstones especially rings. Stones can be knocked out of settings or chipped. Some gemstones are softer than others and can scratch or crack if knocked.
Earring posts and butterfly backs are 100% gold plated silver to prevent allergic reactions. Take care with delicate earring posts.
Emi & Eve covers the cost of reasonable repairs under normal wear for the first 12 months after purchase.
Since we use a recycled material, the warranty does not include plating. However the clear coating seals the gold plating and should prevent tarnishing.
Please note that if any other jeweller undertakes work on one of our pieces, including resizing or repairs, this warranty will be voided.
Feel free to contact us if you have any questions regarding quality or issues with your piece, we will endeavour to work towards a solution!

I love the back story of Emi & Eve. The handcrafted artisan jewellery is impact driven for the conscious fashionista – transforming lives through craftsmanship, bomb brass recycling and ERW… (exploded remnants of war) land clearance. Inspired by the beauty of nature, the tamarind earrings with pools of sparkling brilliance are the perfect accessory to dramatize an outfit and a great conversation starter. I would like to purchase 2 bracelets for Jolie Chan, our celebrity guest who sang during the fashion show. Read more “Marcy Laront”
I had the good fortune of being introduced to Cassandra through a mutual friend in Hong Kong. As soon as I heard about the concept I wanted to meet in person,… and as soon as I met Cassandra I knew I wanted to be involved somehow. I am a big advocate of empowerment. Knowing that Emi&Eve helps to turn a part of the awful heartbreak of war into strength of community is an amazing thing. The work that Emi&Eve does with the community and the way that Cassandra connects with the families there is truly inspirational. Seeing her passion and devotion inspired me to work with Emi & Eve and contribute how I could. Read more “Raven Tao”
‘Unity’ brought me a message that I can connect with someone in the universe through a bombshell in the ground in Cambodia. I am not alone, someone still needs me… even if I did not know it all this time. Read more “Noriko”
